Kathy Haas

Kathy loves everything that is real estate and is committed to helping people save money whether they are buying or selling a home. She has built homes from the ground up, remodeled multiple homes as both the general contractor and carpenter and most importantly, was one of Deni's customers for many of her own transactions.
Kathy was born and raised in the Denver area, lived in Winter Park for over 20 years and has spent the past 10 years on the Western Slope of Colorado. Her extensive knowledge of mountain communities, land purchases, water rights and the hundreds of homes she has sold throughout the state give her an edge that most traditional agents do not possess. When she is not serving her clients, Kathy is out skiing, rafting, hiking and enjoying everything that Colorado has to offer with her husband, daughter and three dogs.
