HOW TO EARN YOUR BUYER REBATE AT CLOSING!
How to begin: Just give us a call and let’s get started!
If you have already found a home you would like to preview, just provide us with the MLS number or property address. We can look up the history of the property and verify the status, MLS history and public records. We can also provide a copy of the property disclosures prior to you viewing the home.
1. Get Pre-Approved with a Lender:
Pre-approved buyers have much greater negotiating power than those who have not. Submitting a pre-approval letter with an offer strengthens credibility and ensures the Seller you are a serious buyer. Not sure who to contact? Just give us a call!
2.Communicating with Agent, Builders and Sellers:
You must consult with us prior to communicating with any listing agent so we can ensure you have been properly registered as our client. If you see a home and then contact the listing agent for information, you immediately become that listing agent’s prospective buyer and that listing agent will have established you as their buyer prospect. So, it is critical you contact us as your agent first and tell us which property you are interested in. We will then contact the listing agent as your Buyer’s agent.
3. Calculating your Rebate
The more work you do finding your home, the higher the rebate. The concept is simple. We know that you’re actively searching for homes. The less time we spend showing you homes, the more you get back at closing. Please contact us directly to discuss the strategy which will best serve your needs and ensure the maximum rebate possible. Rebates are offered on homes over $200,000. Rebates are offered on a tiered scale starting at 50% unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Buyer and The Resource Group, LLC.
If you’re buying a new home just let the builder/developer register The Resource Group, LLC as your agent and you receive the rebate. We request that you have the builder or builder’s rep provide you with a note verifying they have registered you as our client and provide a copy to us upon receipt. New Home Clients receive a 50% Rebate.
Offers: The Resource Group, LLC will assist our registered clients with writing all offers and counterproposals. We will write your inspection requests and work with you toward remedies. We also order title work and review/discuss settlement statements while staying in touch with you, the Sellers agent and the title company from start to close.
